作家紹介
黃琬玲 1980年基隆生まれ、国立台北芸術大学卒業。墨と紙を核とする作品は、水墨画の歴史的厚みと文化的層を引き受けつつ、その素材特性を巧みに操作することで、版画的効果や「ネガフィルム」のような記憶の反復を喚起する。影や余白、紙の脆さを抱え込んだ画面は、人物や風景を独自の象徴的文脈へと導き、衣服の装飾や伝統絵画との関係性を探る筆致は、時間と記憶を横断する個人的地誌学として現代水墨に新たな地平を開いている。 2013年、台北国際アートフェアにて「メイド・イン・台湾－新人推薦賞」を受賞。 フランス・シャマリエ版画トリエンナーレ、北京オグルヴィ・ゼロ・スペース、ニューヨーク天麗美術館、国立台湾美術館など、国内外の主要展覧会に数多く参加。 作品は白兔美術館、国立台湾美術館、国立故宮博物院、ART BANKなどに収蔵されている。

We warmly look forward to your visit. Artist | Huang Wanling Born in Keelung in 1980, graduate of the National Taipei University of the Arts. Her practice, rooted in ink and paper, transforms the language of traditional ink painting into print-like effects and “negative film” imagery that evoke memory, shadow, and fragility. Recipient of the Made in Taiwan – Young Artist Discovery Award (Art Taipei, 2013). She has appeared internationally in France, Beijing, New York, and Taiwan. Her works are in the collections of the White Rabbit Gallery, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, the National Palace Museum, and ART BANK Taiwan.
